Na wyspie zbudowanej z marzeń, wspomnień i po części z zapomnianych historii, mieszka Pan O. Marząc o miłości wpatruje się głównie w horyzont. Myśli, że na świecie został sam. Gdzieś daleko mieszka Pani O. Marząc o miłości wpatruje się głównie w niebo. Jest przekonana o tym, że na świecie jest sama. Jeden otrzymany list, jedna chwila, zmienia w jej życiu wszystko. Wzajemne spotkanie wciąga bohaterów w wir zdarzeń, mogących prowadzić tylko w jednym kierunku. Czy będą podążać tam wspólnie? Czy zrozumieją, że ich spotkanie to dopiero początek podróży?
Teatr Pantomimy Mimo powstał w 2002 roku. Założony przez Bartłomieja Ostapczuka jako teatr jednego aktora szybko przekształcił się w zespół. Poszukiwania artystyczne aktorów zaowocowały wypracowaniem rozpoznawalnego języka teatru poza słowami. Ich spektakle opierają się na obrazie, sytuacji, ożywianiu przedmiotów a u podstaw stoi rzemiosło sztuki pantomimy. W swoich pozasłownych opowieściach, poprzez ruch i gest próbują wyrazić esencję uczuć i emocji, nie stroniąc przy tym od odrobiny absurdu.

Mr. O lives on an island built of dreams, memories and, partially, of forgotten stories. While dreaming of love, he stares mainly at the horizon. He thinks he’s been left alone in the world. Somewhere far away, lives Ms. O. While dreaming of love, she stares mainly at the sky. She’s convinced she’s alone in the world. One letter received, one moment, changes everything in her life. Their meeting draws the characters into a whirlpool of events that can only lead in one direction. Will they venture there together? Will they understand that their meeting is just the beginning of their journey?
Teatr Pantomimy Mimo was created in 2002. Founded by Bartlomiej Ostapczuk as a theatre of one actor, it quickly developed into an ensemble. The actors’ artistic quest resulted in the development of a recognizable language of theatre that operates beyond words. Mimo’s performances are based on the image, situation, animation of objects, with the foundation in the craft of pantomime. In their wordless stories, through movement and gesture, they try to express the essence of feelings and emotions, not avoiding elements of the absurd.
